FGV Libraries hold one more edition of the Books Exchange Fair

FGV's libraries, Mario Henrique Simonsen (BMHS) and Karl A. Boedecker (BKAB) will hold, between today and tomorrow, November 6th and 7th, the Feira da Troca de Livros 2013 (2013 Books Exchange Fair). The event will be held simultaneously in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.This is the fourth edition of the fair, oriented toward the FGV community with the objective of encouraging people to share information. To participate, simply take a book and switch it from another of your interest. This is a great chance to take a book which you no longer use from your shelf at home, but that may be of great interest to another person, explains BKAB's librarian supervisor, Elenice Yamaguishi.The project also relies on Campanha Solidária (Solidarity Campaign), which collects donations of children's books for philanthropic entities.In Rio de Janeiro, the 2013 Book Exchange Fair happens at the ground floor of FGV's main offices, in Botafogo, from 11 am to 4 pm. In São Paulo, the fair will take place at BKAB, from 11 am to 8 pm.
