FGV now accepting external transfer and diploma-holder applications in Brasilia and Sao Paulo
Fundação Getulio Vargas is now accepting applications for its external transfer and diploma-holder selection processes for its undergraduate programs in the first half of 2025. There are openings at schools in Sao Paulo (FGV EAESP and FGV RI) and in Brasilia (FGV EPPG).
The following places are available:
Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP):
- 7 for Business Administration Undergraduate Program;
- 10 for Public Administration Undergraduate Program.
FGV School of International Relations (FGV RI):
- 9 for International Relations Undergraduate Program.
School of Public Policy and Government (FGV EPPG):
- 20 for Business Administration Undergraduate Program;
- 20 for Public Administration Undergraduate Program.
Candidates who are regularly enrolled in higher education courses authorized by the Brazilian Education Ministry or whose enrolment is suspended may register for an external transfer. Courses taken or in progress abroad must be recognized in the country of origin, in accordance with legislation in force, in the same area or in areas similar to the respective program offered by FGV.
Candidates with a higher education diploma recognized by the Brazilian Education Ministry may apply. In the case of an undergraduate diploma obtained at an education institution outside Brazil, the document must be certified by the Brazilian embassy or consulate in the country of origin of the diploma, or certified in accordance with the Hague Convention, and presented together with a certified translation.
Deadlines and fees
The deadline for external transfer and diploma-holder applications in Brasilia is 6 p.m. on January 27, 2025. For the programs in Sao Paulo, the deadline is November 22.
The application fee is R$150 for the programs in Sao Paulo and R$180 for those in Brasilia. The results in Brasilia will be announced on February 7, 2025, and the results in Sao Paulo will be announced on December 9, 2024. The classes will begin in February 2025.
