FGV Professor gets HR Personality of the Year Award

The coordinator of the Executive Master in Business Management at FGV's Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE), Professor Marco Tulio Zanini, will be awarded, on August 8, with the HR Personality of the Year Award from the Association of Training and Development of Paraná (ABTD/PR) for his contributions as a researcher and consultant in the Human Resources field.  The award, organized annually by ABTD/PR, is given to professionals who have distinguished themselves by promoting the development of Human Resources and Social Responsibility.  Marco Tulio Zanini is a professor, researcher and consultant in the areas of the Strategic Management of People, Leadership, Integrated Management of Intangible Assets and Applied Ethics for Business. He is a columnist for the newspaper Valor Econômico (Eu&Carreiras) and author of several works in the area including, among the most recent, coordination of the research project that reveals the motivations of the Brazilian and American police officers of the elite squads. The result of this study will be published in the book ?A ponta de lança? (The spearhead), set to be released in the second half of this year.
