Discuss the current situation of public purchases' regulation and management in the country and provide the paths to their continuous improvement are the main objectives of FGV - through FGV Projetos and EESP - and the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA) this March, when they conduct the First Brazilian Series of Conferences on Public Purchases and Concessions Drawings. The event takes place in Brasília on March 26 at ESAF (School of Finance Administration), and it will be oriented at governmental strategy. Issues related to the role of the various branches of government in encouraging socioeconomic development and management for more transparent, efficient and innovative purchases will be discussed.
