FGV/EBAPE debates customer experience on the Internet

The paper discusses the analysis of products on the internet, which reflects not only user perception and preference for a certain item, but also information about the reviewer.

The Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV/EBAPE) will welcome Professor Wagner Kamakura, from Rice University (USA), next Wednesday, July 23. He will give a lecture based on the article A picture is a worth a thousand words: Translating product reviews into the brand-positioning map, of his authorship.The paper discusses the review of products on the internet, which, according to Kamakura, reflects not only user perception and preference for a certain item, but also information about the reviewer himself/herself, such as the writing style.
