FGV?s International Relations Center debates the relationship between Brazil and Turkey at seminar in California

FGV?s International Relations Center Coordinator, CPDOC's Professor, Elena Lazarou, will participate in the International Studies Association?s 54th Annual Convention, which will address the Politics of international dissemination: global and regional dimensions. The convention will be held April 3-6 in San Francisco, California. On April 5, in the morning, Elena Lazarou will present her work Strategy or Vision: Explaining the Turkey-Brazil emerging partnership about the approach between Turkey and Brazil, in the panel Theories and Realities of Grand Strategy. In the afternoon she will discuss regionalism and global governance amid the crisis. On Saturday, April 6, Elena will participate in a second roundtable on the reasons and implications of the Greek crisis in Greece and the European Union. The event is an opportunity to exchange information within the international academic community in the field of International Relations. It is estimated that over 5,000 students from around 80 countries will take part of the event. Click here for more information.
