Food security: event promotes dialogue with stakeholders

The Center for Excellence in Logistics and Supply Chain at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) is holding a seminar called “Intersectoral Dialogues on Food Security: Challenges and Innovations.” This public event will take place on April 26, at 2 pm, in hybrid form (livestreamed on FGV’s official YouTube channel and in person in the FGV 9 de Julho Noble Room).

The objective is to promote dialogue between social impact businesses, companies, the public authorities, the third sector and policymakers on food security, including topics such as combating food waste, food production and redistribution, and hunger.

The event’s opening remarks will be about “Challenges of the Brazilian Food System.” The first panel discussion will look at “Challenges, Innovations and Food Policies for the Next Decade,” while the second one will be about “Initiatives with Social Impacts for Food Production and Redistribution.”
