Last week, FGV has signed an agreement with Colombia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to formulate scenarios of relations between Brazil and Colombia for about 20 years from now. The project, called Scenarios 2035, aims to assist in developing strategies for both countries today.

The project will start in January 2013 and will be coordinated, from the Colombian side, by the Center for Strategic Thinking of MRE, and by Brazil, through the Latin American Public Policy Center (CLAPP) of the Foundation.

The signing took place in Bogotá, in San Carlos Palace (headquarters of the Colombian MRE) with the presence of the foreign ministers of Colombia and Brazil, Maria Angela Holguin Cuellar and Antônio Patriota, besides FGV professors, Bianor Cavalcanti and Marlos Lima.
