About the booklet
Written by 35 undergraduate students of Rio de Janeiro Law School, the Cepac Booklet was created in the Clinic of Capital Markets of the Legal Practice Center (NPJ), under the supervision of Professor Carlos Augusto Junqueira.
According to NPJ's coordinator and organizer of the publication, André Mendes, the preparation of the booklet has allowed students to study a complex subject, coupled with a relevant issue for the city's urban development, he says.
