FGV Executive Education, through its MBA Live Program, is holding a webinar called “An excellent manager or a phenomenal leader: how do you see your career in future?” The event will take place on October 17, at 6 pm, on FGV’s YouTube channel.

New technologies are leading to significant changes in the job market. Accordingly, this event will discuss how the role of managers is changing. It will also present the biggest challenge in exercising managerial roles and why it is so important for managers to seek to develop as leaders.

The event will be moderated by FGV Executive Education’s specialized course superintendent, Rebecca Seoane. The speakers will be André B. Barcaui, the academic coordinator of FGV Executive Education’s MBA Live Program; Emerson Gonçalves, a mechanical engineer who is doing an MBA in project management; and Alexandre Koscianski Vidal, a foreign trade manager and international negotiator who has an MBA in business management.
