Inflation calculated by IBRE accelerates in September

The inflation measured by the General Price Index -10 (IGP-10) - calculated by FGV's Brazilian Institute of Economics (IBRE) - accelerated in September, going from 0.15% to 1.05% in the last calculation. The accumulated change this year until September is 3.33%. In 12 months, the IGP-10 changed 4.13%.The change rates of the Broad Producer Price Index (IPA) and the Consumer Price Index (IPC) increased in September, driven by items such as food and fuel.Only the National Construction Cost Index (INCC) recorded a change rate below the result of the previous month, which was 0.35%.Click here to read the full release, in English.
