International Relations Center receives support for project on humanitarian intervention

The foundations Volkswagen (Germany), Compagnia di San Paolo (Italy) and Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (Sweden) announced their support to FGV's International Relations Center. The resources for the two year term will be used in the study on the role of emerging powers in light of the new trend of humanitarian interventions.The project occurs through a partnership with Global Public Policy Institute and Universität Frankfurt am Main (Germany), Central European University (Hungary), University of Oxford (United Kingdom), Jawaharlal Nehru University (India) and Peking University (China).?It is excellent news since such support will help to leverage FGV's process of research internationalization on a topic that becomes ever more important for the Brazilian foreign policy agenda?, said Matias Spektor, coordinator of the International Relations Center, headquartered at CPDOC.
