Jornada X and FGVcenn launch game: “Operation Antivirus: Generation Z Against the Coronavirus”
Game presents seven missions to encourage young people to work for the common good and creatively solve social problems

The Center for Entrepreneurship and New Ventures (FGVCenn) at the FGV Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) and Jornada X have launched a game called “Operation Antivirus: Generation Z Against the Coronavirus.” The two organizations brought together an elite team of professionals, who in just five days delivered this game, which challenges people aged 12 to 25 across Brazil to help society tackle this pandemic by solving social problems through virtual activities.
The game, created by NGO LiveLab, uses a network methodology in which there is no single leader, but everyone works toward different specific objectives, all of which have a social focus. There are seven missions in all. Participants follow a path of cooperation, helping groups to achieve their goals in an epic, high-impact adventure.
“At the end of the game, we will have many engaged young people, playing with purpose and taking on a mindset of achievement, well-being and power at this time of crisis and vulnerability,” said Edgard Barki, FGVCenn’s coordinator.
“The young players will create a collection of photos and videos, presenting good ideas and practices to be shared. This will make Brazil a leader in the development of social and emotional skills and the use of collaborative digital technologies to solve contemporary problems,” he added.
The game is integrated with social networks such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You can access it here.
