LinkedIn chooses FGV to test new product

We are among the six universities in the world selected by LinkedIn to develop new products. This shows the quality of our work and encourages us to continue on the chosen path, says FGV's Communications and Marketing director, Marcos Facó.

FGV is one of the six higher education institutions in the world chosen by LinkedIn to test a new University Page tool: the Recommendations tab, where students and alumni can say why the place where they study - or have studied - is special. The tab consolidates positive comments on the page and records them as an activity by the person who wrote it.We are among the six universities in the world selected by LinkedIn to develop new products. This shows the quality of our work and encourages us to continue on the chosen path, says FGV's Communications and Marketing director, Marcos Facó.  Also according to him, FGV's pioneering spirit is aligned with the institution's strategy of increasingly bringing its audience closer through digital channels. FGV should always be present in social networks in an increasingly skilled manner, he said.Last year, FGV was the first Brazilian institution listed on the University Pages - launched by the social network within its Educational strategy.
