New edition of Jean Monnet Module starts in February

The course, coordinated by Professor Paula Wojcikiewicz Almeida, aims to stimulate teaching, research and discussion of issues related to the European integration in higher education institutions inside and outside the bloc.

Rio de Janeiro Law School (FGV DIREITO RIO) is accepting until February 4th, applications for the 2014 edition of the Jean Monnet Module - program sponsored by the School with the support of the European Commission.The course, coordinated by Professor Paula Wojcikiewicz Almeida, aims to stimulate teaching, research and discussion of issues related to the European integration in higher education institutions inside and outside the bloc. The focus will be on the Institutional Law of the European Union and Mercosur, as well as other regional integration systems in a comparative perspective.Participation is free and there are no prerequisites. Undergraduate and graduate students from Rio de Janeiro Law School and other educational institutions interested in the course, shouldapply here (in Portuguese).The Jean Monnet Module takes place at FGV's main offices in Rio de Janeiro, between February 11 and May 27.
