Online debate looks at future of work

The FGV LAW program at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo Law School is holding a free online debate about gig workers. The public event will be livestreamed on FGV’s YouTube channel on November 30, at 6 pm.
The event will discuss technology’s impacts on work and trends in legal regulation of the labor market. Some important topics will be addressed, including labor reform, economic development, social security and what work will be like going forward.
The speakers will include FGV LAW professors Danilo Uler Corregliano and Marcos Neves Fava. The moderator will be Maria Cláudia Girotto do Couto, FGV LAW’s academic coordination manager.
