The mental health of professionals has become a key concern for professionals, companies and international organizations as a result of the ongoing avalanche of cases involving mental disorders. In this context, FGV Executive Education is holding a webinar to discuss the management and mental health of professionals. This public event will take place on March 29, at 7 pm, on FGV’s YouTube channel.

The webinar is part of “FGV Connects,” a series of events in which students are the protagonists, with the purpose of inspiring and generating the sharing of knowledge and experiences in different areas. These events involve management projects, successful cases of outstanding MBA students and market professionals, and talks by special guests.

Constant social and political changes, impacting work and management, plus personal difficulties, are worth paying attention to. We face a problem of a collective nature and we all need to get involved in solving it.

Accordingly, companies need to find strategies to guarantee the mental health of their employees, offering preventive practices that can create a welcoming and healthy environment.

The event will be moderated by Ana Ligia Finamor, a professor and the academic coordinator of FGV’s MBAs in Business Management and People Management; and Joana Story, a professor and researcher at FGV EAESP.

The speakers will be Ana Vicentini, an FGV student and manager of omnichannel and digital channel operations at the Guararapes-Riachuelo group; Tatiana Vale, an FGV student and customer service manager at Unilever Brasil; Flávia Lisboa Porto, human resources director at Yara; and Luiz Ernesto Migliora, the director of FGV Executive Education’s Affiliate Network.
