In uncertain times, it is essential to plan and review strategies, and health management is no exception. In this context, FGV Executive Education is holding a webinar called “Paths to Be Followed in Health Management in 2023.” This public event will take place on February 8, at 6 pm, on FGV’s YouTube channel.

Brazilian health care managers are grappling with multiple issues, including patients experiencing deteriorating health, clinical outcomes that are worse than expected, the need to constantly incorporate new technologies and innovations, budget limitations and the need to improve the patient experience.

The event will focus on seeking answers and solutions from different perspectives, while considering what to prioritize and how to continue to develop organizations to offer better results amid such restrictions.

The event’s moderators will be Maria Laiz Zanardo, the academic coordinator of FGV IDE; and Maria Carolina de Toledo Sivieri Moreno, guest professor at FGV. The speakers will be Carlos Augusto Lobbé de Araújo Cotta, Rio de Janeiro regional director of health insurer MedSênior; and Cláudio Tafla, president of the Alliance for Populational Health (ASAP) and medical director of Nilo Saúde.
