Professional career prospects and reflections are subjects of online events
On November 11, 18 and 26, always at 6 pm, FGV Executive Education in Brasilia will hold a series of webinars focused on career management. Specialists in the job market, executive education and headhunting will discuss prospects, promote reflection and debate topical issues related to professional careers.
Discussion about the job market will center on modern trends and analysis of the public and private sectors. The focus will be on showing the profiles that the market and companies are looking for and what professionals need to pay attention to.
The meetings will also discuss levels of professional maturity, the impacts of the “new normal” on the workplace and work atmosphere, and how organizations will reorganize their work models through greater use of technology.
The webinar on November 11 will be about What Headhunters Understand as the Best Professional Profile Nowadays. This subject will be discussed by Mauro Garcia, the director of Véli RH and vice president of the Federal District branch of the Brazilian Human Resources Association; and Paula Giannetti, a professor on FGV’s MBA courses.
On November 18, the subject will be How the Job Market Is Behaving in New Circumstances. The speakers will be Marcelo Almeida, the president of the Federal District branch of the Brazilian Human Resources Association; and Elton Moraes, an FGV professor who was recently voted the third most influential person in the field of HR in Brazil.
The final webinar, on November 26, will be about The Importance of Executive Education. Oto Morato, a specialist in executive education, will give the main presentation. Herika Stela, a former FGV executive education student, and Mário Campos, an alumnus of FGV’s MBA in Government Relations, will then talk about their experience as FGV students. The moderator will be Sirley Camilo, FGV’s executive education manager in the Federal District.
