Professor of DIREITO RIO attends OAS program with Chinese government

International Law Professor of DIREITO RIO, Evandro Menezes de Carvalho, was one of the ten candidates chosen to participate in the China-OAS Scholarship Program - a partnership between the Chinese government and the Organization of American States (OAS) that includes the South, Central and North America. The professor was the only Brazilian and Senior Scholar selected. He will also be Visiting Scholar in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE). Evandro will participate in the program for one and a half years. Besides attending SUFE's courses, he will also minister classes. When he returns to Brazil, the professor wants to write a book with all the results of his activities under the OAS-China Program.
