Professors discuss academic perspectives with diplomats from South Africa’s embassy in Brazil

In order to share academic perspectives about Brazil’s social, economic and political development, the Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) held a seminar on September 9 with officials from South Africa’s embassy in Brasilia and its consulate in Sao Paulo.
The event, called “Diplomatic Dialogue,” organized and facilitated by Professor Umesh Mukhi in collaboration with South African diplomats, featured South Africa’s ambassador to Brazil, JN Mashimbye, who interacted with the professors and emphasized various opportunities and challenges for promoting bilateral cooperation in different sectors.
The seminar included presentations by professors Umesh Mukhi, Guilherme Casarões, Jorge Carneiro and Antônio Manfredini.
