Retrospect 2012: University of Pennsylvania places FGV among the best think tanks in the world

In the beginning of 2012, FGV once again ranked among the 30 best think tanks in the world for the third consecutive year, according to Global Go To Think Tanks Rankings. Produced by the International Relations Program of the University of Pennsylvania, the ranking evaluated more than 6,500 think tanks of 189 countries, in 30 categories.
 
FGV ranked in the 27th position among the best think tanks in the planet and first in South and Central America. The Foundation was also considered one of the top 30 most influential think tanks in the areas of International Development, Domestic Economic Policies and Social Policies.
 
The 2011 edition of Global Go To Think Tanks Rankings was elaborated with the participation of specialists in international relations, think tanks and the civil society.
