FGV's Rio de Janeiro Law School professor (FGV/DIREITO RIO), Melina Rocha Lukic, and the researcher of Université Paris 3, Carla Tomazini, will publish today, September 23, the book Ideas Also Matter - Cognitive Approach and Public Policies in Brazil, at the opening ceremony of the 37th Annual Meeting of the National Association of Research and Graduate Studies in Social Sciences (ANPOCS).

The book is the first launched in Brazil with this focus.  The contributions present in this book demonstrate the great importance and necessity of the use of the conceptual and theoretical instruments of the cognitive analysis applied to Brazilian public policies, explains professor Melina Rocha Lukic, one of the coordinators of the publication.

The book Ideas Also Matter - Cognitive Approach and Public Policies in Brazil is a partnership between FGV/DIREITO RIO and Juruá Editora.

The annual meeting of ANPOCS will take place at Águas de Lindóia, São Paulo.
