FGV's Rio de Janeiro Law School (DIREITO RIO) has recently launched the 263rd edition of the Administrative Law Journal (RDA), in Portuguese. Edited by professors Joaquim Falcão and Sérgio Guerra, the publication brings together articles and opinions on Public Law and Legal Theory.  This edition, aligned with the current Brazilian context, brings the opinion of the School's professor Minister Nelson A. Jobim, and the lawyer Rodrigo de Oliveira Kaufmann on the history and constitutionality of trade union federations. It also includes texts by the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court, Luiz Fux, CADE's adviser, Ana Frazão, and CNJ's Councilor, Gilberto Martins.  According to Rio de Janeiro Law School professor and the Publication's coordinator, Felipe Asensi, this edition presents contemporary debates that are knocking at the door of Brazilian law, such as regulatory agencies, the judicialization of politics and democracy. RDA's volume 263 is available online. In order to visit it, please click here (in Portuguese)
