São Paulo Law School analyzes operations of Brazilian state enterprises
The professors of FGV's São Paulo Law School, Mario Engler Pinto Junior and Carlos Ari Sundfeld, will participate in the Brazilian Congress of State Companies. The event will bring together experts and ministers of courts of Justice to assess the operations of state enterprises in Brazil, in its legal, managerial and economic aspects.
The professors of FGV's São Paulo Law School (DIREITO GV), Mario Engler Pinto Junior and Carlos Ari Sundfeld, will participate in the Brazilian Congress of State Companies - which will be held in Brasília on November 28 and 29. The event will bring together experts and ministers of courts of Justice for a pluralist and comprehensive assessment of the operations of state enterprises in Brazil, in its legal, managerial and economic aspects.Engler will deliver the lecture State Enterprises: economic function and corporate governance. Whereas Sundfeld will be part of the table Bids and contracts in state enterprises, next to the professor of FGV's Rio de Janeiro Law School (FGV DIREITO RIO), Maurício Portugal, and the professor of PUC-SP, Adilson Abreu Dallari.For more information, please click here (in Portuguese).
