Webinar analyzes challenges of current economic situation
The meeting will take place on April 30, at 6 p.m., on FGV’s YouTube channel.
The current economic situation presents a complex picture of prospects and challenges. As the global economy gradually recovers from the pandemic, growth opportunities are emerging, driven by innovation and digitalization in key sectors. However, political and geopolitical uncertainties, along with persistent economic inequality and the impacts of climate change, pose significant obstacles.
While technological advances promise efficiency and progress, they also fuel concerns about the future of the labor market and the urgent need for policies to promote inclusion and sustainability. In this dynamic context, a balanced and proactive approach is essential to navigate the opportunities and meet the challenges shaping the global economy.
In this context, Fundação Getulio Vargas’s Sao Paulo School of Economics (FGV EESP) is holding an online debate on the challenges of present economic circumstances on April 30, at 6 p.m., on FGV’s YouTube channel.
The guest speakers will be Vladimir Kuhl Teles, a professor at FGV EESP and chief economist at O3 Capital; and Marcelo Kfoury Muinhos, also a professor at FGV EESP. The moderator will be Rogério Mori, a professor at FGV EESP and the coordinator of its Professional Master’s and Doctorate in Finance and Economics Program.
