On September 26, at 7 p.m., FGV Executive Education is holding a webinar to discuss oversight arrangements for the new Public Tender Law. The online event will address the institutional challenges imposed by the law in relation to its applicability, emphasizing that external and internal controls need to be prepared for its execution.

The webinar will be moderated by Thaís Marçal, coordinator of non-degree graduate courses at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Rio de Janeiro Law School. The guest speaker is Heloisa Helena Godinho, substitute council member of the Goiás State Audit Court, institutional director of the Brazilian Institute of Administrative Law (IBDA) and external oversight director of the National Association of Audit Court Justices and Substitute Council Members (AUDICON). She has a master’s degree from the Brazilian Institute for Education, Development and Research (IDP) and University of Brasilia.

The webinar will be free of charge and open to the public.
