FGV Executive Education is holding a free webinar on professional competencies for the present and the future. This public event will take place on September 28, at 7 p.m., on FGV’s YouTube channel.

The rapid and exponential changes we are experiencing in society, in business and in interpersonal relationships caused by technology and mass communication trends will increasingly affect our work, including the acquisition of professional skills.

The job market is constantly evolving in this context of globalization and rapid transformation, demanding a great deal of adaptability from professionals, together with systemic vision and critical thinking skills, to develop and take advantage of opportunities. However, many people feel threatened by this.

This webinar is part of “FGV Connects,” a series of events in which students are the protagonists, with the purpose of inspiring and generating the sharing of knowledge and experiences in different areas. These events are based on management projects and success stories involving FGV MBA students who are excelling in the market, together with special guests.

The speakers will be Claudemir Oliveira, an FGV student and head of logistics and international operations at Citrosuco S/A Agroindústria; Gabriela Ribeti, an FGV student and executive editor at TV Gazeta, a Rede Globo affiliate in Espírito Santo; Juliano Nascimento, an FGV student and CEO of Nexus Advanced Analytics; and Luiz Ernesto Migliora, the director of FGV Executive Education’s Affiliate Network.

The moderators will be Ana Ligia Finamor, a professor and academic coordinator of FGV’s MBAs in business management and people management; and Maria José Toneli, a professor at the Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) and the coordinator of its Center for Organization and People Studies (NEOP).
