Webinar explores subject of book, “The Missing Link: Culture, Productivity and Competitiveness”
On June 30, 2021, at 2 pm, on FGV’s YouTube channel, FGV In Company will hold a webinar about “The Missing Link: Culture, Productivity and Competitiveness.” The meeting will debate core issues related to this topic and present a book of the same title.
The book, organized by two professors and senior researchers at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV EBAPE), Carmen Migueles and Marco Tulio Zanini, is the result of efforts to understand and unravel the enigma of Brazil’s poor competitiveness compared to other countries and its difficulty in solving internal problems in its organizations, which are obstacles to prosperity. The search for this missing link may help untap Brazil’s potential to produce wealth.
The event will feature the book’s authors, Carmen Migueles and Marco Tulio Zanini. The moderator will be the executive director of FGV In Company, Professor João Lins. The meeting is part of a series of webinars about corporate education, bringing together experts and managers to discuss the sector’s challenges, practices and trends in difficult and constantly changing circumstances.
