Webinar looks at new bankruptcy law and its economic impact

The Center for Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) will hold a free webinar on May 20, at 6 pm, about changes brought about by Brazil’s new bankruptcy law (Law 14,112 of 2020) and its impact on the economy. This new law provides companies with greater agility and legal certainty in bankruptcy and court-supervised reorganization processes in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
