Webinar presents Master’s in Public Policy and Government, offered by FGV EPPG in Brasilia
On Tuesday, October 20, at 6 pm, Fundação Getulio Vargas’ School of Public Policy and Government (FGV EPPG) will hold a free webinar about its Master’s in Public Policy and Government. The event will be broadcast on FGV’s YouTube channel.
The aim of the event is to present the course’s program, professors and research areas, as well as more detailed information about the master’s and the selection process. The program is aimed at contributing to the construction of a Brazil that is more developed and fairer for the whole of society.
The program seeks to turn out graduates with the following characteristics:
- - Current and future leaders, who will study theories and concepts, as well as practical examples at organizations in a world that is constantly accelerating due to technological developments.
- - Researchers capable of focusing on studies with direct applications to real needs, who can carry out independent, evidence-based research, aligned with improvements to organizations’ governance, public policies and the administrative machinery, anti-corruption measures, and initiatives to boost innovation and sustainability.
- - Master’s graduates in synch with global academic progress, who can work in networks together with world-class institutions and organizations.
The talk will be given by the course’s coordinator, Professor Benjamin Miranda Tabak. The event will also feature the dean of FGV’s School of Public Policy and Government, Professor Edson Kenji Kondo, and the program’s professors, Fernando Filgueiras, Tássia Cruz, Gil Riella and Weeberb Réquia.
