Work on Corporate Governance is presented in the United States

The Professor of capital markets and corporate governance of DIREITO GV, Érica Gorga, presented on August 15, in the United States, the work Influence of Modern Civil Procedure in Corporate Governance, at the State University of New York. According to Professor Erica, the recent literature on corporate governance has focused on law enforcement levels both in the public and the private sphere. With regard to the private sector, the debate has revisited the issue of derivatives and the forms of dispute in the capital market in a comparative perspective, explains the professor. The work was developed in partnership with Michael Halberstam, associate professor of Suny Buffalo School of Law. From the 27th, Érica Gorga will teach the course Comparative Corporate Governance at Vanderbilt Law School and on August 30, at the same school, she will present the paper Corporate Governance and Discovery.
