Transformations in the process of globalization discussed in meeting

The Center for Studies in Global Trade and Investment (CCGI) of FGV’s Sao Paulo School of Economics (EESP) and Cebri – Brazilian Center for International Relations, are organizing the event “The Future of Globalization” on April 1, at 9:00 a.m., in Sao Paulo.
The meeting will be attended by Richard Baldwin, Professor at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva; Jeffrey Schott, Professor at the Peterson Institute for International Economics (PIIE), in Washington, D.C.; and Luísa Santos, Director of International Relations of BusinessEurope, moderated by Vera Thorstensen, Coordinator of the CCGI and the WTO Chair in Brazil.
On the occasion, guests will be discussing issues related to the globalization process involving technological change, the China-U.S. trade war, and the causes and consequences of BREXIT for European integration.
