Meeting discusses directions of Brazilian education at FGV

Professor Antonio Freitas, FGV Pro-Dean of Teaching, Research and Graduate Studies, will attend, on May 30, the Meeting of the Brazilian Academy of Science Administration (ABCA) with the community, with the aim of discussing current issues regarding Basic and Higher Education.

Topics such as contingencies in Brazilian Education, ENEM, ENADE, distance education and adaptation of the academic community to new technologies will be discussed.

“Education is the foundation for equity and social justice,” said Professor Antonio Freitas.

The meeting, to be held at the FGV Main Office in Rio de Janeiro, will be featuring the participation of Paulo Roberto de Mendonça Motta, professor of FGV’s Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE), Carlos Roberto Fernandes de Araújo, Director of Administration at ABCA, and Mara Darcy Biasi Ferrari Pinto, Vice President of ABCA.
