Arbitration Chamber participates in international event on dispute resolution in São Paulo

The FGV Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration participated in the 13th edition of the ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day, held on April 8, 2025, in São Paulo. Represented by Maria Fernanda Dyma, secretary general of the institution, the participation reaffirms the Chamber's commitment to technical debate and integration into major national and international forums in the field.
Organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the event gathered experts from Brazil and abroad to discuss current and challenging topics such as transparency, ESG, arbitration in administrative contracts, enforcement of arbitral awards, and the impact of artificial intelligence on dispute resolution.
