Program:
Workshops - 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. - Room 1: The new era of leadership in healthcare: essential profiles and competencies
Healthcare leadership today requires more than technical knowledge; it demands a strategic vision that encompasses everything from cost management to effective implementation of digital technologies, always with a focus on patient experience.
Instructor: Adriana André, executive academic coordinator of the MBA in Healthcare Clinic, Hospital, and Industry Management at FGV
Room 2: Management of patient experience and its practice
One fundamental issue to analyze in understanding whether the organization meets the needs of clients/patients is their journey through quality and safety in care. Satisfaction with the service before, during, and after attention or procedure, as well as the "outcome" or result, will determine their loyalty.
Professor Daniel Luiz Novaes Machado, professor of the Executive MBA in Administration: Clinic, Hospital, and Industry Management
Networking: 10:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Round tables: 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. - Room 1: The power of artificial intelligence in digital healthcare
Artificial intelligence (AI) has proven to be a significant source of innovation in healthcare. AI-based tools are being used to analyze large volumes of medical data, identifying patterns that may escape human observation. This capacity for learning and adaptation allows healthcare professionals to provide more personalized and even more effective care to patients.
Fernanda Coutinho, specialist in Assistive Practices and Innovation at Hospital Sírio Libanês
Fred Soares dos Santos, operations manager at Hospital Sírio Libanês
Room 2: Sustainability in healthcare: A global and urgent challenge*
If the healthcare sector were a country, it would be the 5th largest contributor to CO2 emissions in the world. This data illustrates the urgency and necessity of discussing sustainability in the field of healthcare. Sustainability is no longer optional but a competitive necessity.
Andrea Pinheiro, director of Institutional Relations and Corporate Communication at Grupo Sabin
