International program expands opportunities for professors and researchers
FGV Rio Law initiative offers space for academic development and global dialogue on emerging legal topics

FGV Rio Law launched the Global Scholars Program, an initiative that will welcome visiting professors and researchers interested in teaching or developing academic activities alongside the School's Centers. The program covers strategic areas within the legal field, focusing on Law and Technology, Global Law, Law and Economics, and Justice and Society.
Selected participants will be able to work on various fronts, including offering courses for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, presenting lectures, participating in events, and developing research projects in collaboration with the Centers' teams.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. For proposals seeking funding, two deadlines will be considered: until April 1, 2026, for courses scheduled between August and early November 2026, and until September 1, 2026, for courses to be conducted between mid-February and May 2027.
