Knowledge and innovation in focus at the Scientific Initiation Journey 2025
Online event will gather scholars and volunteers from the Scientific Initiation Program to present projects developed across various fields of knowledge
From November 19 to 25, 2025, the Scientific Initiation Journey 2024/2025 will be held, dedicated to presenting work developed by scholars and volunteers linked to the PIBIC-CNPq, PIBIC-FGV, and PIBIC-Volunteers programs. The program will be entirely online, allowing open access to students' presentations throughout the seminar period.
The Institutional Program of Scientific Initiation Scholarships (PIBIC), an initiative of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), aims to stimulate scientific vocation among undergraduate students and promote the integration between teaching and research. At Fundação Getulio Vargas, the program is expanded with the granting of internal scholarships, strengthening academic training and bridging undergraduate and postgraduate education.
Scientific Initiation seeks to inspire interest in research, encourage new talents, and provide students with direct contact with scientific practice under the guidance of experienced researchers. During the event, students will present studies in a wide array of fields, reinforcing the institution's commitment to scientific development and excellence in training.
