About the course
The Professional Master’s in Business Law and Arbitration at FGV Rio Law prepares lawyers and legal professionals to act strategically and innovatively in an increasingly complex market, integrating theory and practice. The course is aimed at those who wish to deepen their knowledge in Business Law, Civil Procedure, and Arbitration, develop a multidisciplinary and global vision, and lead transformations in the legal and regulatory environment.

Academic structure: The course offers 24 credits (360 hours), with a duration of up to 24 months, organized into two research lines:
Business Law: Contracts, ESG, and regulatory environment.
Arbitration and Process: Strategies and practices for conflict resolution.
Other activities:
Amicus Curiae clinic;
Arbitration observatory;
Submission of draft bills;
Development of Policy Papers.
Final work focused on real legal solutions.
