The Professional Master's and PhD programs at FGV Direito SP have launched the "Preventing Litigation" Program, aimed at the technical evaluation of legal conflicts in potential or already initiated stages. The goal is to contribute to reducing litigation and to promote a safer and more predictable environment for business and institutional relationships.
Coordinated by the team of the Professional Master's and PhD programs, the program conducts analytical studies and reports with neutral evaluations, prepared by specialized faculty members. The analyses are performed at the request of legitimately interested parties, based on terms of reference agreed upon between applicants and evaluators.
The opinions include likely scenarios of administrative, judicial, or arbitration decisions, with no binding nature and restricted, confidential use by the involved parties.
