Online event presents study on the Anti-Corruption Law
The event, organized by the São Paulo Law School, will be held on February 27 at 10am.
The Compliance Study Group of the São Paulo Law School (FGV Direito SP), made up of professors, students and alumni of the School and officials from the Federal Comptroller General's Office, is promoting a webinar with the aim of debating art. 5, item V, of Law 12.846/2013, which deals with the administrative sanctions applicable to companies involved in harmful acts against the public administration. On the occasion, a study carried out by the Group will be presented. The event will take place on February 27 at 10am.
