Program offers single subjects for the Master's and Doctorate in Regulatory Law
Applications can be made until February 17th. A total of seven elective courses will be offered, with classes starting on March 13.

Registration is open until February 17 for individual courses in the Master's and Doctorate in Regulatory Law at the Rio de Janeiro School of Law (FGV Direito Rio). Seven elective courses will be offered, with classes starting on March 13.
Graduates with a degree recognized by the MEC or a foreign degree duly consularized (via Brazilian embassies or consulates in the country of origin) or apostilled in accordance with the Hague Convention, accompanied by a sworn translation, are eligible to apply. Candidates who are in the process of completing their undergraduate degree will be allowed to apply. However, proof of completion of the course will be required for enrollment.
The subjects covered will be taught by highly qualified and experienced professors, and will include topics such as: Economic Analysis of Law, Digital Platform Governance, Dimensions of the Rule of Law and Principles of Public Administration, Climate Regulation, Regulation and Competition in Infrastructure Sectors, International Regulation and Theory of Public Regulation Contracts.
One-off students can take up to two subjects, with the same obligations as regular students. Upon completion, a statement will be issued containing the credits obtained in the Program's subjects.
