Specialists and authorities debate the future of Brazil's energy matrix at event
FGV Energia seminar gathers sector leaders to discuss energy transition, security, and technological innovation

FGV Energia is hosting the 12th Seminar on Brazilian Energy Matrix and Security on May 29. The event, to be held at the Fundação Getulio Vargas Cultural Center in Rio de Janeiro, establishes itself as one of the main forums for discussion on the energy sector in the country, promoting a qualified debate on Brazilian energy matrix and security. With over 165 authorities involved throughout its editions and the support of more than 40 national and international companies, the seminar stands out for promoting strategic reflections on energy transition, innovation, sustainability, and the challenges of energy security in a scenario of global transformation, having already gathered more than 3,300 participants.
The program will address relevant topics such as: Energy Transition and Brazil's Leadership; Energy Security and Reserve Replacement; Natural Gas and Decarbonization; Renewable Sources; Climatic Events and Network Resilience; Generative Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Energy Production, Management, and Consumption; Nuclear Energy and Brazilian Energy Planning.
