Brazilian ambassador in Cape Verde inaugurates FGV Executive Training Program

Brazil’s ambassador in Cape Verde, João Carlos Leitão, kicked off FGV’s executive training endeavor in the African country. The event took place on March 20 before the seminar titled “Project Management”, led by professor Eliane Águia.
The seminar is the result of a partnership between Fundação Getulio Vargas and Ricardina Andrade Pessoas & Organizações – RAPO. The company is led by Ricardina Andrade, PhD, one of the most respected professionals in West Africa, who has lent her prestige to bring FGV’s executive training programs to Cape Verde, through a collaborative effort between the Cooperation Center with Africa and Portugal (NuCAP), of the International Affairs Division (DINT), and the Institute for Educational Development (FGV IDE).
An average of two seminars per month will be held this year in Cape Verde, each with a class load of 40 hours. Professor Marcus Vinicius Rodrigues (DINT) and Ricardina recently visited Cape Verde to negotiate other In-company training programs for public and private organizations across the country.
