FGV’s School of Social Sciences (CPDOC), in partnership with the coordination of Public Administration from FGV’s Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (EAESP), will host a meeting with writer Luiz Ruffato on April 4, at 10 AM. The event will discuss one of the author’s books, titled ‘Inferno Provisório’ [Temporary Hell].

The work is a compilation of five books into a fictional narrative, which reconstructs the uprise of the Brazilian working class during the 20^th and early 21^st centuries. Ruffato wrote a powerful mosaic of the journeys and hardships of Brazilian workers, featuring as protagonists the underprivileged and invisible people responsible for building and transforming cities and factories throughout Brazil.

The event will be held at the great hall of EAESP, in Sao Paulo (Rua Itapeva, 432. Bela Vista, São Paulo).
