Environment is addressed at FGV seminar

Fundação Getulio Vargas will host the seminar titled ‘Post-Paris, post-Trump: the new paths of climate change’ in partnership with the Brazilian Academy of Administration Science (ABCA), featuring former Brazilian Minister of the Environment, Izabella Teixeira, on June 22 (Thursday), at 3 p.m. The event will also include the participation of the President of FGV, Carlos Ivan Simonsen Leal; the Pro-Dean of FGV, professor Antonio Freitas; and the President of the Brazilian Association of Administration Science, Paulo Motta.
The former Minister, who followed the initial discussions of the Paris Climate Agreement, will address the geopolitical, economic, and environmental impacts of the United States’ exit from the climate change agreement. The meeting is free and open to the public. Students who participate will receive a certificate that will serve as proof of extracurricular activity.
The ABCA studies, researches, and develops technical and scientific knowledge, promoting Administration science and encouraging the engagement and development of administrators.
