The director of FGV’s International Affairs Division (DINT) and president of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA), professor Bianor Cavalcanti, attended the Congress of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences 2017 (IIAS), held between May 30 and June 2 in Aix-en-Provence, France. During the event, the professor presented the paper titled “Managing immigration in Brazil: experiences, lessons and perspectives”.

The event was organized by the IIAS in partnership with Institut de Management Public et Gouvernance Territoriale (IMPGT) - Aix Marseille University, featuring the following main theme: “Managing Migrations, Integration and Poverty: A Global Challenge for Governance and Public Administration.” The DINT director also attended a meeting of the IIAS Board of Directors.
