Event discusses consumer behavior in the digital age

Every day, social media promotes changes in the behavior of consumers and other stakeholders, so that they are more alert, informed, and critical. To discuss the issue and seek to understand all the changes and new consumption patterns influenced by the digital age, in order to optimize the value creation process, FGV held the lecture ‘Consumers and the Digital Mindset’ on October 30, in Brasilia.
The lecturer was Vitor Lima, Managing Director of Branded, one of the global benchmarks in Social Media Marketing. The guest spoke about the power of networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter to influence millions of people every day.
