Fátima Bayma, a professor at FGV's Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE), took part in the International Seminar ?Capacitation of Public Servants and Government Schools: Present and Future?,  on May 31. The event held in Brasília brought together academics, specialists and members of the government to discuss the subject.Fátima Bayma gave a lecture on ?Training Public Administrators in Brazil: Challenges and Opportunities for Education in Public Administration?. The Professor presented the background of teaching in the Brazilian public administration, and the challenges and opportunities that exist to create a more qualified body of public servants.Organized by the National School of Public Administration (Enap), in partnership with the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA-France), the event marked the 30-year anniversary of Enap. The seminar included the participation of the director of ENA, Nathalie Loisseau, the Secretary of Management of the Ministry of Planning, Development and Management (MP), Gleisson Rubin, and Professor Fernando Coelho, from the São Paulo University (USP).
