Lecture debates bank competition and limits of creditor’s protection reforms

FGV’s Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE) will welcome professor Klenio Barbosa (Insper) as guest lecturer on February 7. During the meeting, which is part of the Graduate Seminars series, the professor will present the study titled “Bank Competition and the Limits of Creditor’s Protection Reforms”.
Klenio Barbosa is a PhD in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics (France), with a Master’s degree from PUC-RJ and bachelor’s degree in Economics from USP. Professor Barbosa is currently an assistant professor at Insper, where he teaches Firm Theory (PhD), Corporate Finance, and Banking Microeconomics (Master’s). He has experience in the field of Economics, with an emphasis on Regulation, Public Contracts, Banking Microeconomics, and Corporate Finance.
The purpose of the “Graduate Seminars” program is to promote high-level debate regarding ongoing research in the field of Administration and related areas. The seminars target all Master’s and PhD students, in addition to other researchers interested in the subject.
